B.A. 小学教育计划

In BUF’s Teacher Education program, we prepare students to serve as Christian educators. We believe the schools are potential mission fields in need of Christian educators. The Elementary Education degree prepares students to be a light for Christ in the local public or private school. Our professors teach from a Christian worldview to help prepare students to be effective educators who impact students academically, socially, and spiritually.

What to Expect

The 基础教育文学学士学位 degree is a 124-semester-hour program and includes courses that focus on elementary reading methods, content area methods, educational assessment, classroom management, special education, 以及教说其他语言的人的方法. Along with coursework, the student will complete a final internship during the last semester that requires them to work in the local school under the supervision of a classroom teacher and the college supervising professor. 最后的实习必须在一个 Florida public school. Potential Career Paths
